Welcome to the website of the Central and Eastern European LIFE projects’ 2026 Platform Meeting!

This meeting is organized specifically for beneficiaries of LIFE-funded projects in countries from Central and Eastern Europe (although projects from other countries may be invited) and it represents a setting in which their representatives can share experiences on Nature Conservation and adaptation to/mitigation of Climate Change, but also on LIFE project design, implementation and overall management.

We are inviting you to take part, show the others who you are and what you are working on, ask questions and of course, exchange ideas on how to make the results of LIFE projects more visible and valued, how to integrate them in the local/regional/national and European environmental practice and policy!

9.30 – 11.00	Plenary presentations
11.00 – 11.15	Coffee break
11.20 – 13.30	Introduction of the participants and open fair (exhibition of project materials)
13.30 – 14.30	Lunch at the venue
14.30 – 18.30	Working groups (2 rounds)
~16.15 – 16.45	Coffee break
	Free evening (Project movies presentation is also possible – to be decided)

Thursday, 23 April 2026 

9.00 – 10.30	Working groups (1 round)
10.30 – 11.00	Coffee break
~11.00	Buses start for the field trips to: – KNP: wetlands route and visit to the dry habitats/dunes area (projects LIFE12 NAT/PL/000084 and LIFE19 NAT/PL/000746) – Vistula river urban arrangements and educational center (project LIFE09 NAT/PL/000264) – Pilica river basin and Sulejow (project LIFE19IPE/PL/000005)
16.00 – 18.00	Return from field trips to Granica Skansen (KNP)
~18.00 – 21.00	Festive dinner in the national park, at Granica Educational Center fireplace. After dinner, buses will take everyone back to the SGGW Campus.

Friday, 24 April 2026 

9.00 – 10.30	Financial and other sessions, with Q&A
10.30 – 11.00	Coffee break
11.00 – 12.15	Conclusions from the working groups presented in the plenary
12.15 – 13.00	Closing of the meeting and goodbye
